  7. Make Shorter your cardio session because cardio kill Gains.
  8. Avoid over training, workout should last no more than 60-75 minutes.
  9. Breathe in, breathe out—simple right? Not so fast.
  10. Sleep 8 hours.
  11. Proper form of exercise is so important for muscle gains, so always follow the right technique.
  12. Remember muscle growth is not possible without right amount of protein intake.
  13. Take your post workout protein shake within 30 minutes after workout.
